SSL/HTTPS support added

The final domain/install issue we had is creating links on sites that force https. This is fixed and you don’t need to do anything.

These days, everyone can (and probably should) point their domain through CloudFlare.com, and with click of a button get instant and free https support. I do this with all my sites, and it virtually installs an SSL Certificate and forces all traffic to be encrypted through https. This is important for safety, and also Google penalizes sites that don’t have an SSL certificate installed.

Until today, you could install on these sites with the installer, but you would get an error when you tried to create a link. If you contacted support, we would then create a workaround on your domain. This has now been dealt with so the workaround is no longer needed, so as soon as you install on a website that forces https, you can create links.
